Patching myself up Day 6

Day 6

X39 on my neck, slept with Aeon on my hand

Went to bed at 1:00 this morning (I am sometimes a night owl), with an Aeon on my right hand. I slept like a log until about 6:30, woke up very thirsty (as usual, but much longer sleep interval than my norm) and went back to sleep until about 8:30, 9:00. Normally, I would never have gone back to sleep if I woke up at 6:30!

My knee is only very slightly sore today. My ankle is pain free! After grocery shopping, when I was opening the door to my house, I realized my thumb was not hurting and I didn't remember when it started being pain free. I did have some trouble standing up after dinner, with the bones in my right foot feeling like they were not in the right place. Every Friday night my girls, their husbands, and children all come to my house for family dinner night. (My son and his wife live a bit over an hour away, so we don't get to see them weekly) The grands are 2, 3, 4, and 5 years old so they don't stay long after dinner because the kids have to go to bed early. After the family left my house following dinner, I went for a Dusk bike ride. I got in 6 miles before it was dark, and my knee feels great now! Ankle is still pain-free and my thumb is only slightly sore. I can live like this!

I am not going to wear an Aeon to bed tonight. I will wear it tomorrow during the day.
